CLAR portfolio occupancy dips to 90.5% in Q1 on SG, Australia decline
US and European segments provide growth, rising to 85.7% and 93.1%, respectively.
CapitaLand Ascendas REIT’s portfolio occupancy stood at 90.5% in the first quarter of 2026, down 0.4 percentage points from 90.9% in the previous quarter.
In Singapore, occupancy fell 0.6 percentage points to 90.6% from 91.2% in December 2025, its manager, CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited, said in a bourse filing.
Australia recorded the largest quarter-on-quarter drop, with occupancy easing 1.4 percentage points to 93% from 94.4%.
In contrast, occupancy in the US rose to 85.7% from 85.5%, whilst the UK and Europe segment increased from 92.0% to 93.1%.
