Commonwealth renews lease at FLCT's Canberra site

The 20-year lease will commence on 5 July 2025. 

The Commonwealth of Australia renewed its lease at the Frasers Logistics and Commercial Trust (FLCT)-owned Caroline Chisholm Centre in Canberra, Australia, for 12 years. 

The lease will commence on 5 July 2025. 

Under the new lease agreement, the Commonwealth of Australia will occupy 100% of the building's lettable area.
