Conservation shophouse in Lor Telok on sale for $18.8m

It will be sold via an expression of interest.

A conservation shophouse at 10 Lor Telok was put up for sale with a guide price of $18.8m.

The property will be sold via an expression of interest which will close on 14 September at 3 pm.

According to Huttons, the property's marketing agent, the 999-year leasehold proeety has a land size of 1,410 sq ft and a built-up area of  approximately 4,000 sq ft.

The property has three floors and an attic, with a floor-to-ceiling height of 4.5m on the ground floor. 

An F&B operator currently occupies the ground level of the property. Meanwhile, a yoga gym occupies the third level and the attic.

The shophouse was also zoned under “commercial” use, according to Huttons.

"Buyers will not be subject to Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty, and foreigners and companies will also be eligible to purchase. The shophouse is not subject to GST," added Huttons.
