Corner shophouse in Bukit Timah up for sale for $14.5m

A freehold non-conservation corner shophouse at 8 Sixth Avenue in Bukit Timah is up for sale through an expression of interest with a guide price of $14.5m.

In a statement, Savills said the two-storey shophouse sits on a freehold site of 2,451 square feet (sq. ft.) with an existing floor area of around 3,183 sq ft.

The ground floor holds a food and beverage approval as a restaurant and a part takeaway shop as a bakery. The second floor meanwhile is vacant.

As the property is approved as a commercial school, purchasers can use the second floor for various uses including educational, fitness centre, healthcare, medical, home & living lifestyle business, showrooms, or retail, subject to the authority’s approval.

The property also has a large outdoor refreshment area which can accommodate up to 30 people.

The expression of interest exercise will close on 21 March 2023 at 3 pm.
