Cushman & Wakefield taps Matthew Bouw as the new chief executive for APAC, EMEA

His appointment will take effect from 1 May.

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Matthew Bouw as the new chief executive for APAC & EMEA, effective from 1 May.

Bouw will oversee a unified operating model across both regions, driving growth and enhancing global connectivity and access to talent for clients.

He will be relocated to London to focus on the growth of both regions.

Bouw has been with Cushman & Wakefield for 13 years, serving as Chief Executive of APAC since 2017 and holding global executive roles based in the Chicago office.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield he worked with  PwC, Aviva, Orica, Leighton, and UGL.
