David Loh raises stake in Centurion to 58.57%

Loh has acquired 300,000 new shares for $0.74 each.

Centurion Corporation joint chairman and executive director David Loh has acquired 300,000 new shares at $0.74 apiece.

The transaction brought Loh’s stake in the company to 58.57%.

Loh holds a 50% interest in Centurion Global and a deemed interest in 425,756,126 shares held by the group in Centurion Properties, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Centurion Global.

In addition, Loh is deemed to have an interest in 200,000 shares held by his spouse, Wong Wan Pei.
