Elite UK REIT completes acquisition of three UK government-leased properties

The purchase was made via Elite Dram.

Elite UK REIT Management Pte. Ltd., the manager of Elite UK REIT, has announced the successful completion of the acquisition of three government-leased freehold or virtual freehold infrastructure and workspace properties in the United Kingdom.

The acquisition was made through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Elite Dram Limited. This follows the announcement made on 10 June 2025 regarding the proposed acquisition.

The Reit has re-allocated and fully utilised the total proceeds of approximately $6.93m (£4.0m) from the placement.

Originally, $5.72m (£3.3m) or 82.5% of the proceeds was earmarked to part-finance the proposed acquisition and associated costs, whilst $1.21m (£0.7m) or 17.5% was allocated to cover estimated fees and expenses, including professional costs, related to the placement.

Following a reallocation, the entire $6.93m (£4.0m) has now been directed toward financing the acquisition and its associated costs.

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
