ESR-LOGOS REIT's Ang Mo Kio property obtains TOP

The property has also secured an occupancy of 50%.

ESR-LOGOS REIT announced that 7002 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5 has obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) following the completion of its asset enhancement initiative (AEI) on 5 October.

The property has also secured an occupancy of 50% for the newly completed building. The building consists of two companies: a tech logistics company and a wellness and healthcare company.

The building has a GFA of approximately 25,000 sqm suitable for advanced manufacturing, info-comm and data centre tenants.
