FLCT acquires Tuas South property for $140.3m 

The trust financed the acquisition through debt financing.

Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (FLCT) has acquired 2 Tuas South Link 1 for $140.3m.

FLCT acquired the property through its trustee, Perpetual Asia Limited, from Diamond Land.

The trust financed the acquisition through debt financing.

The leasehold logistics facility located in Jurong Industrial Estate, near Tuas Mega Port, has a net lettable area of  56,203 sqm.

The asset is Green Mark Platinum-certified, with 85.8% occupancy and a 1.8-year average lease expiry as of 30 September 2024.
