FLCT property valuation hits $6.7b

Its Singapore properties were valued at $856m.

Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust's (FLCT) total portfolio valuation reached $6.7b, according to a bourse filing.

In Singapore, its Logistics and Industrial property at 2 Tuas South Link was valued at $145m.

Meanwhile, its Commercial property at Alexandra Technopark was valued at $711m.
