Food factory site at Senoko Drive for sale

The property is on sale via private treaty at a price of S$8.8m.

A food factory located at 46 Senoko Drive, within the JTC “Senoko” Food Zone, is for sale via private treaty at $8.8m, Colliers announced.

The facility boasts a site area of 16,611 square feet with an existing gross floor area of 23,364 square feet, zoned "Business 2" under URA’s Masterplan 2019. With a plot ratio of 2.5, there is a potential to expand to 41,528 square feet, Colliers said.

It also offers accessibility via key transport links such as the Malaysia-Singapore causeway and major expressways like Seletar and Bukit Timah.

Additionally, it has a 30-year JTC lease starting from 1 April 2020. The property is currently configured for food manufacturing, distribution, and warehousing.

“The increasing growth of food manufacturing companies in Singapore has led to a strong demand for food production facilities. We anticipate that the sale opportunity for this fully operational food factory is primed to attract significant interest from a diverse group of stakeholders in the food manufacturing and processing industry," said Raphael Lee, director of Industrial Services at Colliers Singapore.
