Goodluck Garden to en bloc with reserve price of $550m

It can yield up to 669 new units.

Knight Frank Singapore announced the launching of Goodluck Garden, a free-hold, residential redevelopment site, and owners are now expecting a reserve price of $550m.

Subject to authorities’ approval, Goodluck Garden has an additional charge of about $63.2m payable for the intensification of the site.

Goodluck Garden has a site area of 33,457.2 sq m, slightly elevated with a frontage about 300m onto Toh Tuck Road. It has a gross floor area of around 504,182 sq ft, and can possibly yield up to 669 new units in the new development.

The property is comprised of eight blocks, with 208 residential units and 2 commercial shops. Each unit ranges from 95 sq m to 182 sq m, whilst the two commercial shops are 30 sq m and 91 sq m, respectively.

The tender for Goodluck Garden will close on March 7, 2018 at 3 pm.

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
