Hongkong Land to cancel repurchased 235,000 ordinary shares

The company’s share capital consists of about 2.18 billion ordinary shares.

Hongkong Land said in a bourse filing that the 235,000 ordinary shares it repurchased at prices between $8.17 (US$6.37) and $8.28 (US$6.46) on 11 September will be cancelled.

The company’s issued share capital consists of 2.175 billion ordinary shares with voting rights of one vote per share.
