IREIT Global signs two new leases in Spain

These increased the company’s occupancy rate to 83% from 77%.

IREIT Global (IREIT) secured two new leases in June for 5,200 square meters (sq. m.) in its Spanish Portfolio, increasing its occupancy rate to 83% from 77%.

The first lease has a total lettable area of 1,622 sq. m. and came from the continued expansion of a data centre operator within Sant Cugat Green.

This brings the tenant’s total footprint to over 7,500 sq. m., making it the largest tenant in the building as well as IREIT’s Spanish Portfolio.

The second lease involves a seven-year lease for 3,550 sq. m. in Parc Cugat Green, covering the entire ground floor and part of the first floor.

This brings the building to full occupancy and improves the weighted average lease break to over 4 years as of 30 June.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
