JTC grants Ubi Avenue 1 site tender to AL Tyres for $12.89m

The tenure is 23 years.

AL Tyres Pte Ltd has won the tender for the industrial site at Ubi Avenue 1.

Tendered sum is $12.889m, Jurong Town Corporation (JTC) said in an announcement on 13 August 2025.

AL Tyres Pte Ltd was the sole bid for the site, which was launched for tender on 29 April 2025 and closed on 8 July 2025.

The land parcel is zoned “Business 2” and has a site area of 6,103.3 square meters.

Tenure is 23 years whilst gross plot ratio is 2.5.
