JTC launches 2 sites via tender

The sites at Tampines North Drive 3 and 160 Gul Circle both have a tenure of 20 years.

JTC has launched two sites under the second half of the 2020 IGLS Programme, comprising a 0.48 ha plot at Tampines North Drive 3 and a 0.37 ha site at 160 Gul Circle, an announcement revealed.

The site at Tampines North Drive 3 (Plot 2) is the first of three confirmed List sites for the second half of the 2020 IGLS Programme. Its tender will close on 20 October and has a tenure of 20 years.

Meanwhile, the site at 160 Gul Circle was made available for application through the Reserve List and has a committed bid price of not less than $2m. The tender for the said site is set to close on 6 October and also has a 20-year tenure.

Interested parties can purchase the Tenderer’s Packets at $107 each.
