Slated for opening in Q4 2019, future tenants will get to enjoy large event space with a platform stage, pop-up display corners for members to showcase their products, spacious hot and dedicated desk areas, bespoke suites, a JustBrew cafe and a collaboration and games corner.

The space also takes certain cultural and characteristics reference from the Chinatown neighborhood including metal work reminiscent of retro metal gates as seen in gated shophouses, and wireframe structures with plants winding around to help navigate tenants.

“We continue to explore opportunities which add to the range of options in our portfolio. We believe that the traditional commercial real estate model where each area was defined prevalently by one activity, residential, commercial or retail, will not hold. Today, the mobile millennial workforce want to work, live and play in the same area,” Kong Wan Sing, founder and CEO of JustCo said in a statement.

The latest space adds to JustCo’s growing portfolio which already counts thirteen centres located islandwide. JustGroup is the third largest flexible workspace operator in Singapore with a market share of 12% and an estimated portfolio of 331,000 sq ft, data from Colliers show.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
