KIT distributable income falls 15.3% to $101.1m in H1
Excluding a one-off divestment gain a year earlier, DI rose 1.2%.
Keppel Infrastructure Trust (KIT) recorded distributable income of $101.1m for the first half of 2026, down 15.3% from $119.4m a year earlier.
Excluding a one-off divestment gain of $21.7m recorded a year earlier, distributable income rose 1.2%, trustee-manager Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management Pte. Ltd. said on 28 July.
Distribution per unit stood at 1.99 cents for the six months.
By segment, ‘Energy Transition’ increased 7.4% to $69.9m, driven by stronger contributions from KIT's Renewables Portfolio and Aramco Gas Pipelines Company.
However, the ‘Environmental Services’ segment fell 39.1% to $14.7m after lower concession rates took effect under SingSpring Desalination Plant’s extended water purchase agreement.
In addition, ‘Distribution & Storage’ declined 7.3% to $56.6m, whilst ‘Digital Infrastructure’ contributed $6.4m.
The trust’s assets under management stood at about $9.4b as at 30 June, including $0.3b from its acquisition of an additional 39% stake in Keppel Merlimau Cogen, completed on 26 June.
