DPU fell 10.0% to $0.0802.
Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust’s (MPACT) net property income dropped 6.1% year-on-year (YoY) to $683.5m in FY24/25.
Distribution per unit (DPU) fell 10.0% to $0.0802 from $0.0891 a year ago. DPU will be paid on 6 June.
Gross revenue also fell 5.1% to $908.8m from $958m in FY23/24.
The decline was attributed to lower contributions from overseas properties, driven by weaker performance resulting from lower occupancy, negative rental reversions, and unfavorable foreign exchange impacts from the depreciation of the JPY, RMB, and HKD against the SGD.
