Office REITs worst performers on the S-REITs front last week

Which S-REIT disappointed the most?

Declines were seen across Singapore’s REITs last week, and trading this week is expected to be volatile.

According to RHB, the Hospitality REITs declined the least (-0.6% WoW), driven in part by FEHT which was up 1.9% WoW. On the flip side, the Office REITs were the worst performers, down -3.8% WoW, pulled down by CCT (-5% WoW), Suntec (- 4.6% WoW), IREIT Global (-4.2% WoW) etc.

Meanwhile, the other segments also registered negative performance, with Healthcare, Retail and Industrial REITs down 1.9%, 1.1% and 0.9 WoW respectively. FEHT was the best performing S-REIT while CCT was the worst performing S-REIT. 5D ADTV at USD107m (prev. USD97m) was above last year’s average of SGD70-80m.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
