Ossia Capital forms subsidiary, buys $14m property

OSA 1 entered into a purchase deal with Santa Grand Investments.

Ossia Capital Pte. Ltd. (OC) announced a new subsidiary OSA 1 Pte. Ltd. (OSA 1) for holding Ossia’s property investment entities.

OSA 1 entered into an option to purchase with Santa Grand Investments Pte. Ltd  for the purchase of a property at 21 Tan Quee Lan for $14m, according to a bourse filing.

The leasehold property has a tenure of 999 years, commencing on 25 January 1827 and has 271.0 square metres, it added.

The completion of the purchase of property is scheduled to take place on 4 March 2026 or such other dates as OSA 1 and Santa Grand may mutually agree upon.

Meanwhile, OC will enter into a share sale and purchase agreement with Ng Cheng Lock, Siah Seng Koon, Siah Siew Geok, and Eastern Garden Development Pte Ltd., to acquire 100% of the issued and fully paid-up ordinary shares in the share capital of Global Ten Realty Pte Ltd (GTR).

GTR is a private company incorporated in Singapore on 6 April 2023 and has an issued and paid-up capital of $100,000 comprising 100,000 ordinary shares, according to the filing.

GTR owns a property located at 10 Bussorah Street, which is a leasehold property with a tenure of 99 years, commencing on 24 December 2003. The area of the property is 61.5 sq. m.
