Oxley sells Grade A office tower to Malaysia’s Alliance Bank

The Oxley Towers KLCC is located next to the Petronas Twin Towers.

Oxley Holdings sold its $118m Grade A office tower to Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad which will now serve as the bank’s corporate office.

In a disclosure, the company said Oxley Towers KLCC is composed of three skyscrapers with a two-storey retail podium below.

The tower located next to the Petronas Twin Towers consists of 24 strata-titled offices from level six to 29 with a gross floor area of 315,711 square feet. The four parcels of retail units in the first two floors, meanwhile, have a net floor area of 9,569 square feet.

“We are honoured that a prestigious bank will be acquiring our office tower and shifting their corporate office to Oxley Towers KLCC.
