Knight Frank will sell the property via an expression of interest exercise.

A ground-floor retail space in the Tiong Bahru enclave worth $3.3m has been launched for sale.

The property's marketing agent, Knight Frank, will sell the space via expression of interest (EOI).

The EOI will close on 29 November at 3:00 PM.

Foreigners are eligible to purchase the property, subject to approval from the relevant authorities.

The property spans 1,367 sq ft. It is located at 71 Seng Poh Road, facing the Tiong Bahru Market and surrounded by amenities such as cafes, boutiques, and art galleries.

It is near multiple MRT stations on the East-West Line and the Thomson-East Coast Line and is accessible to the Central Expressway and the Ayer Rajah Expressway.
