Savills Singapore expanded its facilities management portfolio with the launch of a new Engineering Services division. 

The service aims to provide maintenance and repair solutions for mechanical and electrical systems, focusing on safety, efficiency, and reliability for clients across various industries.  

The offering includes regular maintenance and emergency repairs, specialized services for mechanical pumping and ventilation systems, electrical system maintenance, and generator upkeep. 

Key features include diagnostics, performance optimization, compliance inspections, and fault rectifications to address a wide range of engineering needs.  

Robin Leow, managing director of Facilities Management at Savills Singapore, highlighted the integration of mobile engineering solutions to improve response times and enhance in-house engineering capabilities.
