Serene Centre at 10 Jalan Serene was launched for sale via tender. Foreigners are eligible to purchase the property. 

The property’s marketing agent, Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), said Serene Centre is 100% occupied.

The four-storey commercial/residential development comprises 30 retail/F&B units on the first and second storey and 10 apartment units on the third and fourth storey. It also has car park facilities located on the ground floor and basement.

The property sits on five land plots with a total site area of approx. 32,225 sq ft (2,996.6 sqm) and a gross floor area of approx. 47,475 sq ft (4,410.6 sqm). Under the 2019 Master Plan, Serene Centre is zoned as “Commercial/Residential.”
