Singapore’s property agent numbers rise to over 36,000 in 2025

The largest property agency in the country is PropNex.

The number of property agents in Singapore is 36,058 as of January 2025, an increase from 35,251 in the previous year, according to the latest figures from the Council for Estate Agencies.

The total number of property agencies in the country stands at 1,046, slightly down from 1,090 the previous year.

The largest property agency in Singapore is PropNex Realty Pte Ltd, with 12,636 agents, followed by ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd with 8,648 agents and Huttons Asia Pte Ltd with 5,699 agents.

Other notable agencies in the top 10 include OrangeTee & Tie Pte Ltd (2,756 agents), SRI Pte Ltd (1,493 agents), and C&H Properties Pte Ltd (202 agents). The remaining agencies in the top 10 are SN Real Estate Pte Ltd (150 agents), KF Property Network Pte Ltd (145 agents), Century 21 Pte Ltd (134 agents), and CBRE Pte Ltd (99 agents).
