Strata retail units at PLUS on market for $3.8m-$7.75m each

Foreigners can buy the units with no ABSD or SSD imposed.

Eight strata retail units located on the ground floor of PLUS at 20 Cecil Street have hit the market.

CBRE is selling the units through a private treaty, with an indicative guide price of $3.8m to $7.75m each, available for individual sale.

Foreigners can purchase the units with no Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty (ABSD) or Seller's Stamp Duty (SSD) imposed on the transactions.

All units are fully tenanted, with strata area spanning between 388 sf to 807 sf and are equipped with F&B provisions.

Located in the Central Business District (CBD), PLUS is a Grade A 28-storey office building with a 2-storey retail podium. The retail units are connected via sheltered walkways to Raffles Place MRT and are within walking distance of Telok Ayer MRT.
