Three Lucky Plaza units up for sale via EOI

Price ranges from $16,000 to $18,000 per sq. ft.

Three adjacent ground-floor freehold strata shop units in Lucky Plaza mall are up for sale via Expression of Interest (EOI), according to Knight Frank.

The units are near the mall’s entrance facing the main atrium with offer sizes of 495 square feet (sq. ft.), 495 sq. ft., and 388 sq. ft. They are available for sale individually or as a collective portfolio.

Located at Orchard Road, it is near upscale condominiums, medical facilities, and other shopping destinations. The mall is also directly linked to Orchard MRT station, with a bus stop nearby.

The asking price for the ground-floor units currently available ranges from $16,000 to $18,000 per sq. ft.

The EOI exercise will close on Thursday, 6 March 2025, at 3 p.m.
