URA awards Dunearn Road site for $533 million
The 99-year leasehold site can be developed for residential use, with commercial space on the first storey.
The Urban Redevelopment Authority has awarded the tender for a land parcel at Dunearn Road to Winrich Investment Pte. Ltd. and Metrobilt Construction Pte Ltd.
The site was awarded for $532,999,999, equivalent to $17,490.32 per square metre (sq m) of gross floor area. It was launched for tender on 8 December 2025, and the tender closed on 28 April 2026.
Offered on a 99-year leasehold tenure, the site is zoned for residential development with commercial use on the first storey.
The land parcel has a site area of 19,045.9 sq m and a maximum permissible gross floor area of 30,474 sq m.
