URA closes tender for Chuan Grove

Sing Holdings Residential and Sunway Developments held the highest bid at $703.6m.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has closed the tender for the site at Chuan Grove today.

Sing Holdings Residential and Sunway Developments held the highest bid at $703.6m, followed by CDL Divine ($655.5m) and Sim Lian Land ($655m).

The site was launched for public tender on 3 December 2024.

URA said the awarding of the tender will be made after the bids have been evaluated.
