Alan Matcham & Luca Turconi

Alan Matcham is a Senior Associate of Accelerance and the former Executive Director of the Management Innovation Laboratory at London Business School. Alan's passion is the transformation of management and leadership orthodoxies and behaviours which treat employees and other stakeholders as human resources rather than resourceful humans.

Luca Turconi is the founder and CEO of Accelerance. An inherited entrepreneur, Luca's passion is at the intersection of business, entrepreneurship and learning. Luca's current work / research focuses on (1)- innovative ways to develop leaders from the corporate sector and (2)- what can organisations do to make the work context more inspiring for their people to work in.
