Kirstin Schulz & Dr Alan Bourne

Kirstin Schulz is Head of Assessment Consulting at Alexander Mann Solutions. She holds a Master in Psychology from the University of Münster, Germany (including one year at the University of Pretoria, South Africa), and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of London (Birkbeck College). Dr Alan Bourne is Managing Director at Sova Assessment. He holds a PhD in Organisational Psychology from Aston Business School and is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist.
