Cheah Saw Pheng
Ms Cheah Saw Pheng was appointed as Director, Systems and Technology Group, IBM Singapore in January 2009. She represents IBM Singapore as the committee member of the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce. Saw Pheng is also the executive sponsor for the academic initiative between IBM and Republic Polytechnic for mainframe and Linux courses. Since April 2013, Saw Pheng was appointed as an Executive Council member of the Singapore Computer Society (SCS) and serves as the Deputy Chairperson of the SCS Student Chapter Board.

Chen Wenli
Dr Chen Wenli is an Associate Professor with the Learning Sciences and Technology (LST) Academic Group at the National Institute of Education (NIE) of Singapore. Her research interests include computer supported collaborative learning, mobile learning, computer-mediated communication and ubiquitous learning environment. Her school-based research projects addresses the challenges of transforming and enhancing teaching and learning, and apply her research outcomes to impact school practices.
Chen Yongchang
Chen Yongchang is Head of Research and Consulting at the Institute of Service Excellence at Singapore Management University.
Yongchang has worked for ISE since 2014, and has consistently contributed to ISE’s research arm with his passion for understanding and deriving strategic insights from research data across a wide range of industries. As Head of Research and Consulting, Yongchang provides leadership to the ISE Research and Consulting team through oversight on research design, insights and analytics of all ISE research projects and initiatives.
Yongchang holds a Masters of Science in Applied Economics from the School of Economics and a Bachelor of Business Management for the Lee Kong Chian School of Business from Singapore Management University. Prior to joining ISE, he worked in a research capacity across a range of industries including Banking and Healthcare. He specialises in customer advocacy metrics and predictive analysis for strategic decision-making.

Cheryl Ann Szetoh is the Manager – Commerce Finance Division of Robert Walters Singapore, she specialises in recruitment of accounting and finance professionals.

Cheryl Ng oversees the operations and HR functions in StrategiCom as the Administrative Manager.
Chika Terada
Chika Terada is the Founder and CEO of Sansan Inc. Prior to starting Sansan in 2007, he served at Mitsui Bussan and with the information industry, was involved in importing computer equipment, developing systems, and working with joint ventures. He received the US Ambassador's Award at the Entrepreneurs' Awards Japan in 2011.
