The co-founder and Director of Incomlend, Dimitri Kouchnirenko, has 17 years of commercial and banking experience. After graduating from Columbia Business School, Dimitri worked in EU, CEE and Asia for big names like L’Oreal, Capgemini and BNP Paribas.
Throughout his executive career, Dimitri successfully introduced new brands to the market and created new business franchises that later transformed into multimillion dollar businesses.
In 2016, Dimitri and his business partner launched Incomlend. His vision for the company is to digitalise global trade by automating and integrating document exchange, money flow and finance.

Dinghe Hu is a PhD in Economics from Tsinghua University, a former Visiting Scholar at Harvard University Fairbank Center, and a leading researcher in digital economy, blockchain, and global supply chain. He is the author of Bitcoin: Emergence into Prominence in Times of Crisis and a long-time contributor to international media, focusing on aviation hub optimization and supply chain upgrading in the Asia-Pacific region.

Diogo Mónica is the Co-Founder and President of Anchorage Digital, a regulated crypto platform that provides institutions with integrated financial services and infrastructure solutions. Before founding Anchorage Digital, he was security lead at Docker and an early employee at Square, where he led the platform security team and built the security infrastructure used by Square that now moves $100B in annualized volume.
Moses Lee, Head of Asia for Anchorage Digital Singapore
Moses Lee serves as the Head of Asia for Anchorage Digital Singapore. He represents the company and its full digital assets platform to Anchorage Digital’s highest value clients, prospects, and partners. Moses was previously the Asia head of futures and options electronic trading at J.P. Morgan, and has over 20 years of experience in both traditional finance and digital assets in Asia.

DK Tiong is a seasoned Operations Management and IT Solution Architect professional, having worked for 26 years in global top MNCs and for various regional projects, alongside IT/Consulting firms. Don Guo
Don Guo is the Co-Founder and CEO of Broctagon Fintech Group, a licensed multi-asset liquidity and technology solutions provider headquartered in Singapore. Broctagon has over 10 years of an established global presence and is supporting clients from the finance and brokerage industry across 50 countries.
He co-founded Broctagon Fintech Group in 2009 after identifying a gap in the brokerage industry for a holistic solution complete with CRM, liquidity and customised plugins. Don is passionate about advancing and disrupting the traditional financial world through blockchain. As a veteran in the retail forex brokerage industry, Don has seen the traditional financial markets evolve over the years. His journey has taken him across more than 150 cities globally where he has built expertise and established the importance of liquidity in those markets.
