Based in Singapore, he oversees Hay Group’s research efforts across 52 countries across the globe, and has conducted extensive research into the role of Family Owned Businesses. Jia Yun is an Applied Research Analyst in Hay Group’s Global R&D Centre for Strategy Execution. Her current area of focus is on Family-Owned Businesses. Jia Yun holds a BA (Hons) in Political Science from the National University of Singapore.

Dr Filipe Soares-Pinto
Dr Filipe Soares-Pinto is AspenTech's Senior Vice President for Asia Pacific sales. In his capacity, Filipe has overall responsibility for field sales activity across Northern and Southern Asia. He has started his career with AspenTech in Europe more than 15 years ago as a Strategic Account Manager and has held global leadership roles in the sales and business consulting organisations. Filipe holds a MBA from ESADE Business School in Spain and a PHD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology in the UK.
Dr Gan Bo
Dr Gan is the Founder and Lead Trainer of SECLab. He specialises in mental and emotional wellness training based on state-of-the-art emotional energy tools. Dr Gan obtained his PhD from Nanyang Technological University and MBA from The University of Adelaide, Australia.
Dr Girija Shawarikar
Dr Girija Shawarikar is an Assistant Professor in Finance, Accounting, and Economics at SP Jain School of Global Management, Singapore, with a PhD in Behavioural Finance. She integrates behavioural science into her teaching, enabling students to understand how human behaviour influences real-world financial choices, economic systems, and business environments.
Beyond teaching, Dr Shawarikar mentors postgraduate and doctoral students, guiding them in translating theoretical frameworks into practical applications. Her academic and research interests focus on the critical role of behavioural science in shaping decision-making processes.
