Dr Kim Jeong Won and Dr Li Hongyan
Dr Kim Jeong Won is a senior research fellow at the Energy Studies Institute within the National University of Singapore. She has more than 10 years of experience in energy, environmental, and climate change policy research and sustainable development project management in international organisations and research institutes based in South Korea and Singapore.
She is currently leading research projects about carbon pricing and net-zero strategies in Singapore and other economies.

Dr Raymond Teo
Raymond is a founder of an analytics and consultancy company serving international clients in the region. He is also an adjunct faculty with the Singapore Management University teaching in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
Dr Seemantani Sharma
Dr Seemantani Sharma is a fourth-generation entrepreneur and co-founder of Mabill Technologies, a clean-tech startup building sustainable air-conditioning solutions. Mabill Technologies is a member of UNEP Cool Coalition. Mabill plans to establish its regional holding company in Singapore to leverage the city-state’s innovation ecosystem and access to growth capital.
Dr Sharma was accepted to the Founder Institute Singapore cohort, reflecting her strong entrepreneurial credentials. Dr Sharma is an intellectual property (IP) expert. She has written extensively on IP, sustainable innovation, and emerging technologies.
Dr Seh Huan Kiat & Getty Goh
Dr Seh Huan Kiat & Getty Goh are the founders of CoAssets.com. Dr Seh has a PhD from MIT and a BEng from Imperial College London. Getty Goh has a MSc(Real Estate) and BSc(Building) from National University of Singapore.
Dr Wai Chiong Loke
Dr LOKE Wai Chiong is Deloitte Southeast Asia Health Care Sector Leader, and also leads the Future Health Care Centre of Excellence under the Deloitte Risk Innovation Centre. He brings with him over 2 decades of direct public and private healthcare experience, and consulting and advisory projects spanning the entire healthcare ecosystem and value chain. His suite of experience includes working with global investors, governments, NPOs, hospitals and life sciences companies; creating solutions for business model innovation, organization transformation, test-bedding and deployment of technology, market entry and growth strategy, clinical quality and strategic risk management, mergers and acquisitions.
Dr Loke describes himself as an innovator and clinician leader, industry developer and policymaker, operator and investor. With his diverse background, skills and network, he “connects the dots” constantly across the continuum; designs strategies to "move the big dots" for businesses and populations; and continually seeks the next disruption or model which will transform healthcare.
Dr Xia Zhi Qiang
Dr Xia is currently the Director of Graduate Programs at Nanyang Technopreneurship Center, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), overseeing the Master of Science Technopreneurship and Innovation programs. He joined NTU in 2004 to serve in the China Strategy Group (President’s Office). Dr Xia also serves as President of International Council for Small Business (Singapore).
