Ricky Kapur
Ricky Kapur is Head of APAC for Zoom, bringing over 25 years of experience to his role. Prior to joining Zoom, Kapur was Vice President of Sales and Marketing Operations at Microsoft APAC. In his role, he managed all segments, from SMB and Majors up to Enterprise and led a cross-functional team of Sales, Marketing, Partner and Customer Success and Operations professionals. Before joining Microsoft, Kapur served as Managing Director at Google where he was responsible for overseeing the growth of Google Cloud Platform across APJ. Prior to that, Kapur held the position of Vice President, ASEAN Technology Sales at Oracle. He also worked at Siebel Systems, Unica Corporation, and Chordiant Software. Kapur is a chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India and holds an MBA from the University of Melbourne.
Rico Chan
Rico Chan is Co-Head APAC of Verizon Media. He first joined the senior leadership team of Yahoo Hong Kong in 2009 bringing in his versatile sales & marketing and senior management experiences of over 25 years from the Information Technology to Media arena both in Hong Kong and in the Mainland of China.
Then, as the Head of Advertising Business with Yahoo Hong Kong in the first four years, Rico was responsible for direct sales, channel sales and online business development, driving the integration of Display and Search Marketing sales teams – taking the creativity and business growth of Hong Kong’s online advertising to the next level.
In 2013, Rico was promoted to Vice President and General Manager of Yahoo Hong Kong. Starting from 2014 fall, he has expanded his role in overseeing advertising business of India and South East Asia injecting his firing passion and unparalleled expertise across Asia Pacific.
Rico is now a key member of Verizon Media APAC leadership team, overseeing Hong Kong, India, Southeast Asia, Japan, and Australia and New Zealand markets and operations.
Rikhil Bakhda
Rikhil manages AsiaBiz Singapore Pte Ltd that specialises in incorporating companies locally. He graduated from Singapore Polytechnic in Business Engineering.
Riku Malkki

Riku has over 12 years’ experience in HR Tech vertical. He’s a MSc in Information Systems Management and has helped more than 200 organisations in developing their recruitment process. He's a firm advocate of lean methodologies and listens carefully Voice of the Customer.
Ritin Mathur
Ritin joined Avanade in April 2018 to lead Data and AI – Avanade’s newest Market Unit with the boldest ambition for accelerated growth – in ASEAN.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, Ritin brings a powerful combination of versatility, leadership and a specialization in advanced analytics techniques to help Avanade’s clients increase revenue, reduce cost, drive operational efficiency and improve customer experience. In his role, Ritin drives strong, collaborative partnerships between business management/leaders and IT teams to champion the adoption and integration of analytics into business processes – enabling Avanade’s clients to harness the full potential of data and analytics.
He is currently teaching a course on “Big Data Tools” for the Master of IT in Business (MITB) program (Analytics) at the Singapore Management University (SMU).

Marie-Claude is the Asia-Pacific AI Strategy Lead. She has more than 18 years of experience related to AI, modeling, financial engineering, risk management and transformation. She helps global organizations leverage information using advanced technologies such as analytics, artificial intelligence and generative AI to increase data-driven decision-making and transform their operations.
Marie-Claude is passionate about improving organizations’ approach to implementing AI governance that identifies and mitigates risks in AI solutions.

Rob is an experienced organisational consultant and executive coach, specialising in developing high-performance teams and working with senior executives on leadership issues.
Robert Bourque
Robert Bourque, President of CROWN Asia Pacific is responsible for the operations of 32 plants with beverage, food can, aerosol and general line packaging production lines across China and Southeast Asia, supporting both global and local customers.
Prior to assuming his current position in 2016, Robert was Senior Vice President for Crown Beverage Packaging, China and Hong Kong.
