EGM on KOM merger to be held on 16 February

Shareholders’ approval on the merger will be sought in the meeting.

Sembcorp Marine said it will set out further information on the Keppel O&M combination from shareholders through an extraordinary general meeting which will be held on 16 February 2023 at 11 a.m.

In a statement, the firm said the general meeting will also seek shareholders’ approval on the proposed combination.

Sembmarine chairman Tan Sri Mohd Hassan Marican will hold the proceedings of the EGM.

The firm will address and publish its responses to all substantial and relevant questions which Shareholders have submitted before the stipulated deadline below, on the Company’s website and on the SGXNET prior to the EGM.
