Ayondo requests extension of FY2018 results release date

The firm’s new deadline would be on April 1 instead of March 1.

Ayondo lodged a request to the Singapore Exchange (SGX) to be given a one-month extension of time to release their unaudited full-year 2018 results, according to a stock exchange filing.

If permitted, this would allow the company’s deadline to be moved to April 1, from the original submission date of March 1. Ayondo also requested that the release date of their Q1 2019 results be moved to April 15.

Ayondo cited the reasons for seeking extensions, which include the expending of additional resources and personnel of the finance team of the group to assist with the queries relating to the compliance with the regulatory requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK . It also said “more time” is required for its auditors to complete and finalise its independent auditors’ report in respect of the company and group’s financial statements for FY2018.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
