6 cryptocurrencies dominate Singapore's 2021 trending investment searches

Share prices, meanwhile, made up the rest of the list.

Cryptocurrencies made up the majority of this year’s Google Year in Search summary for trending investment searches. 

Making up the list are Ethereum, third most searched; Binance, 4th; Shiba Inu Coin, 5th; Bitcoin, 8th; and NFT, 9th.

Meanwhile, share prices filled up four spots of the list. GameStop Corporation Share Price topped the list in 1st place, whilst AMC Entertainment Holdings Share Price and iFast Share price took the second and seventh places, respectively. Palantic Technologies Inc., a data company, landed on the 10th rank.

Other notable searches include the Tangjong Pagar accident topping searches for Singapore News and Joseph Schooling topping both Trending Singapore Personalities and Athletes.
