Hong Leong Finance to launch all-in-one payment app HLF FASTPAY

The e-wallet comes with a virtual Visa Prepaid Card.

Hong Leong Finance will launch its all-in-one payment solution, HLF FASTPAY, on 20 May.

Apart from being a multi-currency e-wallet, HLF FASTPAY also comes with a virtual Visa Prepaid Card. It also incorporates remittance services locally and internationally, currency exchange, as well as Visa card payment.

Currencies that can be stored in the e-wallet include Euros, US dollars and Japanese yen.

The cross-border digital payment solution developed in collaboration with Nium, and allows small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), corporates and consumers to manage and transfer funds in multiple currencies safely, quickly, and cost-efficiently.

To use the e-wallet, customers will only have to top up via direct fund transfer from an HLF account or any other bank. The card can also be added to Google Pay.

In cases of suspicious transactions, locking the card and blocking it from further use can be done directly via the mobile app.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
