iFAST names Tan Tia Hong as group COO as veteran Wong retires

The leadership transition takes effect on 28 February 2026.

iFAST Corporation Ltd. has appointed Tan Tia Hong as its new group chief operating officer, effective 28 February 2026.

He succeeds Wong Soon Shyan, who will step down from the role on the same date after opting for early retirement. Wong has served as group chief operating officer since 16 October 2000.

Before his appointment, Tan served as the chief operating officer, Global Fintech Services. Tan joined iFAST in 2010 as an IT programmer.

In addition to overseeing core IT functions, he was involved in system development and the setup of operation teams for iFAST Global Bank and supported ePension operations.

Tan has a deemed interest of 240,000 ordinary shares in the company.

Meanwhile, Wong has a direct interest of 68,650 ordinary shares and a deemed interest of 362,800 ordinary shares.
