Olam Treasury Pte. Ltd. secures $325.4m samurai loan facility

The facility is composed of two tranches.

According to Olam International Limited, one of its subsidiaries, Olam Treasury Pte. Ltd., secured a medium-term samurai loan facility worth $325.4m (JPY 26.7b).

Two tranches make up the facility: a three-year tranche of $252.26m (JPY 20.7) and a five-year tranche of $73.13m (JPY 6b). 

Proceeds from the facility will go towards refinancing the OTPL’s existing loans and general corporate loans. 

MUFG Bank Ltd., Mizuho Bank, Ltd Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (Singapore Branch), and Development Bank of Japan Inc. acted as mandated lead arrangers and bookruuners for the facility.
