Caffe B unveils Valentine's dinner menu

Meals priced at $230 per couple.

According to the release, 14 February 2013 at Caffé B’s San Valentine’s Dinner, an indulgent affair for lovers set between 6pm and 11pm.

Share an evening of intimacy with a loved one amidst the plush warmth of the luxuriously furnished restaurant, whilst savouring the tantalising delights of the six-course meal.

Float on cloud nine with a luscious and divinely airy amuse bouche of Prosecco Spuma with Strawberries, coupled with a novel aperitif of Fresh British Oyster with Sake and Raspberries.

Served alongside a mouthwateringly aromatic Tomato Consommé and a “Maguro” Tuna Lollipop, the brininess of the succulent oysters is deliciously complemented by the refreshing combination of sake and raspberries.

Tease your taste buds after with a beautifully blush-pink main dish of Risotto with Strawberries Simmered in Champagne, which boasts an enticing richness of flavour and lingering hint of mild sweetness.

The second main presents a sumptuous choice of forktender Duck Breast with Mashed Potato, Bacon and Green Cabbage, luscious Cod Fish Served with Lobster Foam and Tomato Pearls or crispy Baby Vegetable “Tempura” Served with Seaweed Salad 

Conclude on a saccharine note in two sinful stages, beginning with the delectably textural Lovers’ Chocolate Trilogy dessert, a divine showcase of Dark Chocolate Chili Truffle, White Chocolate Fig and Milk Chocolate Meringue.

Finally, tuck into an exquisite treat of Warm Pancakes Topped with Raspberries and Flavourful Balsamic Sauce Served with Strawberries and Mint Ice Cream as the perfect end to an evening of delicious dining with enchanting company.
