Breadtalk to delist from SGX

This follows the close of offer announcement with BTG Holding Company.

Breadtalk will be delisted from the official list of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) on 5 June following completion of the compulsory acquisition, according to an announcement.

This follows the closing of the offer announcement made by United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) on behalf of BTG Holding Company relating to the voluntary conditional cash offer for all the issued ordinary shares in Breadtalk.

Founders George Quek Meng Tong and Katherine Lee Lih Leng and Minor International PCL, have launched a voluntary conditional cash offer to acquire all of its issued ordinary shares for $0.77 apiece in February.

The food and beverage company also lost its public float in April according to the filing.
