Changi Airport crowned as the best airport for food lovers

The Singapore airport has nearly 200 restaurants serving more than 60 types of cuisines.

Food lovers around the world have chosen Singapore’s Changi Airport as the world's best airport.

According to Betway’s Airport Catering Index, Singapore rose atop the list due to its nearly 200 restaurants catering to 64 different types of cuisine.

“Even picky eaters won’t struggle to find something they like in Singapore,” Betway commented.

Airports in the index are naked based on the number of cuisines, restaurants, Instagram tags and average Google review score.

Also in the top 10, by order of ranking, are the following: Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International, Tokyo Haneda Airport, O’Hare International, Orlando International, Dallas Fort Worth International, San Francisco International, Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Denver International, and Harry Reid International.
