EnterpriseSG and Grab grant 12,000 F&B firms free data access

Participating merchants will receive marketing tools and consumer trend reports at no cost.

Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG) and Grab have signed a three-year memorandum of understanding (MoU) to address key challenges such as rising operating costs and manpower constraints.

Under the MoU, over 12,000 food and beverage (F&B) companies will gain access to industry data and insights to inform their growth strategies.

More than 400 companies annually are expected to participate in capability-building masterclasses and receive increased visibility through Grab’s Dine Out platform.

The partnership will use targeted campaigns in selected precincts, including Jalan Besar, Holland Village, and Tanjong Pagar, to encourage diners to explore new F&B options and boost demand for participating merchants. Additional locations will be identified in the near future.

Moreover, the collaboration provides participating businesses with free access to industry reports on topics such as consumer trends and digital marketing best practices.

GrabAcademy will conduct workshops and masterclasses focused on refining business strategies and optimising operations.

Each workshop will host up to 50 companies at a time and will combine panel discussions with insights from both EnterpriseSG and Grab.
