ThaiBev revenue up 2.5%, net profit slipped 10.9% in 2023
Sales in spirits and beer also saw a decline.
ThaiBev sales revenue grew 2.5% YoY to THB279.1b ($10.6b) from THB272.4b ($10.3b) following an overall economic activity improvement in Thailand.
In FY23, net profit declined by 10.9% to THB30.7b YoY ($1.16b) from THB34.5b ($1.31b) in FY22.
EBITDA also dipped 5.7% to THB50.8b ($1.9b) from THB53.9b ($2b).
On a YoY basis, total sales in spirits and beer decreased by 2.1% and 6.6% respectively. Meanwhile, non-alcoholic beverages saw a 7.1% increase.
