Aspen announces board changes

The new appointees started their posts on 8 March 2024.

Aspen Holdings Limited announces new changes in the Board and Board of Committees with effect from 8 March 2024.

Aspen appoints Lee Chee Seng and Lim Kian Thong as Independent Non-Executive Director.

Changes within the Board of Directors include Cheah Teik Seng as Chairman and Independent Non-Executive Director and Dato’ Murly Manokharan as President and Group CEO.

Cheah Teik Seng was appointed Chairman for the Audit and Remuneration Committee whilst Dato’ Alan Teo Kwong Chia was appointed the Chairman for the Nominating Committee.
