Cordlife receives requisition notice to hold EGM

Cordlife said that it is considering the requisition notices and is seeking legal advice.

Cordlife Group Limited has received a requisition notice from Phillip Securities Pte Ltd and TransGlobal Real Estate Group to hold an extraordinary general meeting (EGM)

Phillip Securities submitted a requisition notice last 14 March requesting for an EGM to consider eight resolutions, whereas TransGlobal sent a notice on 18 March to consider four resolutions.

Cordlife said that it is considering both requisition notices and is seeking legal advice.
